& Responsibilities\nManage the execution of In-Service Support (ISS) projects for Training Center Operations (TCO) Canada in collaboration with Training Center Site Managers and internal support functions, in alignment with PMO governance.\nDevelop and execute project management plans for medium-to-high complexity projects, establishing project goals, objectives, schedules, and deliverables with potential financial impact.\nManage financial and operational resources to meet contractual obligations and support project profitability.\nManage medium-to-large projects, or phases of larger projects, while contributing to product line and process improvement initiatives.\nProvide day-to-day leadership and direction to project team members.\nDirect multiple concurrent projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and subcontracting activities.\nImplement and manage project work breakdown structures and coordinate project technical activities.\nIdentify gaps in customer technical specifications and propose appropriate solutions.\nNegotiate subcontract terms and workshare agreements.\nResolve scheduling, resource, and workload challenges through effective prioritization.\nManage relationships, communications, and negotiations with internal and external customers and stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.\nSupport proposal development, including technical, cost, and schedule components.\nDevelop procedures and guidelines to support effective project execution.\nRecommend and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.\nContribute to recruitment and people management activities, including providing performance feedback.\nIdentify opportunities for contract amendments or scope expansion to improve project outcomes or financial performance.\nConduct project reviews and prepare reports and presentations for project teams, stakeholders, and executive-level audiences.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Commerce, or a related field.\nMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience.\nDemonstrated experience managing medium-to-high complexity projects.\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nFluency in English and French\nPMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation.\nAbility to travel occasionally within Canada\nEligibility to obtain and maintain Canadian security clearance and Controlled Goods clearance.\nLegal authorization to work in Canada as a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid work permit.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing projects in training, simulation, defence, or aerospace environments.\nExperience working with government contracts or defence customers.\nDemonstrated experience in project financial management and profitability analysis.\nExperience leading multi-site or distributed teams.\nFamiliarity with PMO governance frameworks and structured project management methodologies.\nExperience with military flying training or maintenance training
