The role combines Quality and EHS responsibilities and plays a key role in supporting compliance, audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence across multiple sites.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and corporate quality requirements.\nSupport the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EHS programs aligned with ISO 45001 and CAE standards.\nPlan, conduct, and support internal audits, external certification audits, customer audits, and surveillance activities.\nEnsurecompliance with applicable quality, health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and contractual requirements.\n\nIdentify, investigate, and support resolution of quality issues, non-conformities, incidents, and corrective actions.\nConduct risk assessments and contribute to risk mitigation strategies across operational activities.\nSupport process development, process improvement, and documentation activities across the organization.\nDevelop and monitor QHSE performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting.\nSupport emergency preparedness, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide guidance and support to operational teams regarding Quality and EHS requirements.\nPromote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with regional and global Quality and EHS stakeholders across the EMEA organization.\nSupport training, awareness, and communication activities related to Quality and EHS management systems.\n\nPerform administrative tasks such as historization, approval workflows, exchanging, updating information and maintain records.\n\nTravel to operational sites across the UAE and periodically to Qatar (approximately 20%).\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, quality, safety, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience supporting Quality Management Systems, including practical application of ISO 9001.\nExperience participating in or conducting internal audits, quality reviews, or certification activities.\nKnowledge of risk management, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience working with documented management systems, policies, processes, and procedures.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently across multiple locations and with geographically dispersed teams.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nWillingness and ability to travel regionally.\nAbility to access operational and customer sites, subject to applicable site access requirements and approvals.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Quality, Environment, Health & Safety management systems.\n\nKnowledge of ISO 9001.\n\nKnowledge of ISO 45001.\nNEBOSH Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.\nExperience supporting integrated Quality and EHS management systems.\nInternal Auditor certification or audit training.\nSix Sigma, Lean, PDCA, or other continuous improvement methodology experience.\nExperience within defence, aviation, aerospace, maintenance, simulation, training, engineering, or other highly regulated industries.\nExperience working in a multinational and distributed teamacross multiple sites, countries, or regional organizations.\n\nLI-JK1\nAbout CAE\nAt CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
