The role fulfills the Pilot Monitoring (right-seat) function during training events and supports the overall client learning experience.\nResponsibilities\nFulfill the Pilot Monitoring role during flight simulator training conducted under FAA and/or EASA regulations.\nAttend all components of training events, including pre-flight briefings, simulator sessions, and post-flight debriefings.\nSupport clients' training and learning experience throughout assigned training events.\nMaintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients, instructors, and team members.\nComplete required documentation, forms, and checklists associated with the Pilot Monitoring role.\nMinimum Qualifications\nCommercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.\nAirplane Multi-Engine Land rating.\nInstrument rating with a minimum of 50 hours of instrument flight experience.\nMinimum of 400 hours total flight time.\nAbility to meet all applicable TSA requirements.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and internet-based applications.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.\nMust reside within two hours of the training facility.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMinimum of 100 hours turbine flight experience.\nExperience operating aircraft equipped with advanced avionics systems.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
