You will support the development and continuous improvement of training programs to ensure aircrew are prepared to operate in complex mission environments.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDeliver classroom, simulator-based, and synthetic training covering P-8A Electronic Warfare systems and associated tactics.\n· Instruction, delivering the content of LSPECs and ASPECs;\nPrepare and maintain lesson plans, courseware, training materials, and student assessments.\nConduct practical and theoretical training in accordance with approved training syllabi.\nSupport mission rehearsal, simulator exercises, and collective training events.\nMonitor and assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.\nMaintain accurate student records and training documentation.\nParticipate in course reviews and continuous improvement activities.\nSupport course design, updating course material.\nCollaborate with military stakeholders, subject matter experts, and training management personnel.\nEnsure training activities comply with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience as a Weapons System Operator (WSOp EW) within a military maritime patrol, ISR, airborne surveillance, or comparable operational environment.\nOperational Electronic Warfare experience.\nStrong understanding of Electronic Warfare principles, tactics, techniques, and procedures.\nExperience delivering training, mentoring, coaching, or instructional activities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nEligibility to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance (SC).\nPreferred Qualifications\nOperational experience on the Boeing P-8A Poseidon or a comparable maritime patrol aircraft.\nCompletion of the Aircrew Instructors' Course (AIC), or equivalent.\nExperience developing training material and courseware.\nExperience supporting simulator-based or synthetic training systems.\nKnowledge of RAF Air Command training standards and processes.\nExperience in mission systems, ISR, ASW, or maritime surveillance operations.\nFamiliarity with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).\nExperience working with modern training technologies and methodologies.\nAbout CAE\nAt CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
