on the POS terminal giving correct change; accounts for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities. \nPrepare all food and drink to order in accordance with established recipes and time guidelines and guest specifications. \nUnderstand and execute artisanal coffee beverage program.\nMaintain the cleanliness of the restaurant before, during, and after the shift.\nMaintain appropriate level of stock items in area alerting the manager of any missing or limited product, including but not limited to, food, supply, and retail.\nKeep designated working area clean and organized \nEngage with guests professionally and genuinely by maintaining a cheerful conversation and delivering the service that is required of them.\nDepart the restaurant on time and having completed all the designated functions for the day.\n Must possess a valid SNHD health card.\nCommon knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices preferred.\nWork requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner. \nMust present a neat and professional appearance.\nWork requires professional interactions with customers, co-workers and management. \nWork requires professional teamwork with other
