They are also responsible for assisting the Cage Manager in the successful operation of the Cage. Responsibilities include performing and overseeing cash transactions and Caesars Rewards transactions.\n JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive.\nMaintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and employee and guest information\n\nResponsible for the supervision and performance of the Cage and employees during the shift. Evaluate employees on job performance\n\nIssues players cards for new and existing accounts while explaining benefits and other related perks associated with Caesars Rewards\n\nCreate a clean, safe, friendly, and fun atmosphere for all guests and employees\n\nEnsure compliance with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations (Title 31 compliance)\n\nReview staffing levels to maintain proper customer service levels\n\nDelegate authority and assign responsibilities as needed\n\nCommunicate any problems with management and other departments through required reports\n\nCompletes all company-required training within designated time frames\n\nEnsure the security of all casino funds\n\nAdminister disciplinary action as necessary\n\nEvaluating business demands and ability to fill in positions such as Cage Cashier when necessary\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nAbility to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results\n\nAbility to solve complex problems\n\nAbility to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment\n\nGood communication and public relations skills\n\nBroad variety of task and deadlines that might require an irregular work schedule\n\nEffective managing of the staff\n\nAccuracy in completing assigned duties, paperwork, and reports\n\nAbility to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, personal computers (CMS, SDS E-ticket, Certegy Check cashing system), bill breaking/ticket redemption kiosks, 10 key calculator, telephone, photocopier, fax machine, jet sort coin counter and currency counters\n\nBasic troubleshooting knowledge of all equipment\n\nCasino environment exposed to bright lights, noise, changing temperatures and smoke\n\nStanding 80%, Sitting 10%, Bending/Lifting 10% (up to 30 pounds)\n\nAbility to be at work on time as scheduled on a regular basis which includes nights, weekends, and holidays\n\n JOB QUALIFICATIONS\nA high school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred\n\nTwo to five years of experience in banking preferred\n\nTwo to five years of experience in customer service preferred\n\nMust be able to maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude at all times\n\nMust be able to obtain and hold a Missouri Gaming
