Completes all company-required training within designated time frames. Be a customer experience owner, act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests. Leave guests with positive feelings about our property and establish/maintain relationships with them. Approach each situation with a \"yes we can\" attitude, every guest every time. Comply with our drug & alcohol-free workplace. Subject to post offer, for cause and post-accident drug tests. Must be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License. Other duties as assigned\nWORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nMust possess ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not keyboard, currency counters, jet sorter, 10-key calculator, and telephone. Must possess ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of Employees. Ability to stand for long periods of time (6-10 hours) with intermittent breaks on a daily basis. Ability to complete repetitive arm and shoulder movements with lifting. Ability to pull/push large carts with assistance weighing up to 800 lbs. Ability to work in a secured, small, enclosed space with varied temperatures and noise levels. limited to, computer Ability to work in a brightly lit, smoked filled casino environment with noise levels.
