Electrician III - Harrah’s Laughlin Beach Resort

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Electrician to support the maintenance and operation of major fixed-asset equipment throughout the property. This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. What You'll Do

• Complete work orders related to the maintenance and operation of major physical and mechanical equipment
• Maintain working knowledge of property systems
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
• Electrical distribution systems, motors, and controls (electric and pneumatic)
• Kitchen and restaurant equipment
• Mechanical and non-mechanical systems
• Compressors, refrigeration units, and air-conditioning equipment
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed, including work orders, logs, and reports
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA guidelines
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Director of Facility Operations
• Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family-Style Service to all guests and team members

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of commercial electrical systems preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of testing equipment such as an ammeter, ohmmeter, voltmeter and testing lamp.
• Must be able to read blue prints and understand the operation of main switchgear, distribution systems and emergency transfer switches.
• Must be able to lift 50 to75 lbs.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be safety conscious.
• Must be able to work as a team player to accomplish the goals of the Engineering Department.
• Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

• Must possess and maintain applicable licenses, if required
• OSHA Certification required
• Trade certifications preferred
