Stocks drink related items such as liquor, beer, wine and glassware throughout the shift.\nEnsures that ice bins, soda tanks, and beer kegs are filled at all times.\nCleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with established policies as well as the Louisiana Health Standards\nEnsures bar is set-up properly including all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards.\nProperly sanitizes equipment, utensils, and glassware.\nPerforms opening, closing & side duties - setting up/breaking down the bar, cleaning glass/countertops, sweeping the floor; empties and cleans all trash containers on a regular basis.\nResponsible for collecting and disposing of all bottles, caps, corks and boxes.\nAcknowledges and greets customers who approach the bar\nCompletes special assignments as requested.\n High School diploma or equivalent preferred.\nA minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume nightclub or high-volume restaurant required. \nKnowledge of drink recipes and preparation.\nRemaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.\nStrong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the hospitality industry.\nDemonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency.\nDisplaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests.\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust be neat and clean in appearance and physically fit to perform the duties required.\nAbility to move throughout the outlet (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.\nAbility to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.\nAbility to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.\nManual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.\nAbility to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance,
