POS system accurately, process payments, and follow all cash handling procedures.\n\nWork efficiently during high-volume periods, especially during major sporting events, and coordinate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.\n\nMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas in accordance with HealthDepartment and company standards.\n\nAssist with inventory counts, product rotation, and restocking needs.\n\nSupport opening and closing procedures including setup, breakdown, and required documentation.\n\nAddress guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.\n\nPerform additional duties or special assignments as required.\n\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\n\nOne to two years of bartending experience required, preferably in a high-volume or sports bar environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of beer, spirits, and basic cocktail preparation.\n\nExcellent communication and guest service skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and energetic demeanor.\n\nAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced, crowded environment.\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain any required state gaming, alcohol service, or regulatory licenses.\n\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\n\nAbility to lift or carry up to 40 pounds including cases, kegs, and bar supplies.\n\nAbility to work in environments with loud noise, bright lights, and heavy guest activity.\n\nAbility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting
