Flexibility is essential, as the role requires availability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.\n Assist the Nightlife Manager in the daily operation of nightclub venues and nightlife events.\nSupervise bartenders, servers, barbacks, and support staff.\nAssist with employee scheduling and labor management.\nCoordinate ordering, receiving, inventory controls, and product replenishment.\nEnsure compliance with all gaming, alcohol service, and company regulations.\nObtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License and ensure required certifications remain current.\nPartner with Security to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members while responding to incidents and emergencies as needed.\nSupport planning and execution of summer concerts, entertainment events, and special promotions.\nOversee beverage activations, including portable bars, satellite beverage stations, and food cart operations.\nConduct pre-shift meetings and communicate operational expectations.\nMonitor guest satisfaction and resolve service concerns professionally and promptly.\nAssist with training, coaching, and performance development of team members.\nComplete administrative reports, payroll adjustments, and operational documentation as assigned.\n Must be at least 21 years of age.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious bar, nightclub, lounge, or hospitality experience required.\nPrevious supervisory or management experience preferred.\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License.\nKnowledge of beverage operations and responsible alcohol service practices.\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work in fast-paced, loud, high-volume environments.\nAbility to work both indoors and outdoors during seasonal events and concerts.\nAbility to work in a smoking environment.\nThis position is expected to perform a wide range of supervisory and operational responsibilities.
