EGE policy states teams members should: acknowledge guests and fellow team members within 10 feet; initiate friendly verbal greeting within 5 feet; keep your head up, look around (“head on a swivel”); look for opportunities to greet guests and others; please remember that when you are on the floor, you are “on stage”.\nTeam members will participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist as necessary.\nMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English.\nMust be able to respond to visual and aural cues.\nMust be able to work in areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.\n Must present a well-groomed appearance \nMust demonstrate the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide without the use of a calculator \nOne-year previous United States currency money handling work experience preferred \nMust read, write, speak, and understand English \nMust be willing to serve customers from a variety of backgrounds \nMust be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays and work overtime \nAble to pass mandated regulation and department testing\nMust have employee relations skills. \nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nMust have strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.\nHigh School Diploma or GED
