Achieves desired results by developing team members through training programs and established methods, procedures, and guidelines to maintain high quality- service standards, and monitors performance through ongoing inspection, evaluation, and analysis\n\nBuilds guest relations through visibility to customer, soliciting/requesting feedback, and responding to guest concerns appropriately and professionally to resolve any issues \nMaintains communication between departments, promotes guidance for teamwork, encourages employee ideas and feedback, and mentors and instructs team members \nResponsible for the overall integrity of daily operations, ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal control, and policies and procedures \nPerforms slot attendant, beverage server, bartender, or bar back job responsibilities throughout shift as applicable \nAssists Table Games as needed\nFamiliarization with all Caesars Brand programs, systems, promotions, and events. \nResponsible for coordinating workflow during shifts to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction. \nPresents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same. \nPerforms all other related and compatible duties as assigned.\n Must possess excellent communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult guests, and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.\n\nAbility to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests, and vendors.\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability.\n\nMust be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. \nAbility to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. \nHigh School Diploma or GED Required. \nBachelor’s degree or previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred\n2 years of experience in slot or beverage operations preferred \nMust be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino \nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License\nCommunicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members\n\nMust be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues\n\nProven supervisory and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies.\n\nAbility to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to push and pull up to 50 pounds\nAbility to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds\nAbility to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively\nWalk, stand, repetitive use of hands, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls;
