appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity.\n\nCompletes all company-required training within designated time frames.\n\nBe a customer experience owner, act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests.Leave guests with positive feelings about our property and establish/maintain relationships with them.Approach each situation with a “yes we can” attitude, every guest assigned.\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nMust possess ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard, currency counters, jet sorter, 10-key calculator, and telephone.\n\nMust possess ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of Employees.\n\nAbility to stand for long periods of time (6-10 hours) with intermittent breaks on a daily basis.\n\nAbility to complete repetitive arm and shoulder movements with lifting.\n\nAbility to pull/push large carts with assistance weighing up to 800 lbs.\n\nAbility to work in a secured, small, enclosed space with varied temperatures and noise levels.\n\nAbility to work in a brightly lit, smoked filled casino environment with noise levels.\n\nAbility to be at work on time as scheduled which may include nights, weekends, and holidays\n\n A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred\n\nMust be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License\n\nSubject to
