supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with established policies and procedures.\nSupervise and coordinate all FOH areas \nAdhere to Family Style Service. and performance of the FOH restaurant staff on a shift basis to ensure exemplary guest satisfaction. \nAssist and advise other departments and company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful performance of the restaurant and the company overall. \nDirect or perform training, implementation and follow-through of all training materials to ensure proper training of staff. \nReview staffing levels daily to maintain and control costs reflective of business levels to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. \nAssist manager with all sanitation and nutrition practices in restaurant to ensure outlet meets or exceeds said practices and requirements. \nDuring operating hours, coordinate all FOH activities including but not limited to greeting, seating of guests, dining room service, FOH interactions to achieve the best food and service experience for the guests. \nAssist management in staff interviews, hires, evaluations and coaching and counseling to develop employees and build a cohesive team in the restaurant that will provide superior service to our guests. \nAssist management in maintaining cost through proper controls, inventory control and ordering as set forth by standards and practices. \nCompletes all company-required training within designated time frames. \nPerforms other duties as assigned. \n Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant public. \nRequires standing, walking, and lifting a minimum of 15-20lbs repeatedly. \nShifts may vary based on business needs. \nMust be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke. \n Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner. \nMust present a neat and professional appearance. \nWork requires flexibility to work various shifts. \nWork requires visual abilities needed to safely operate motorized equipment. \nWork requires attention to detail and must have visual capabilities needed to inspect work upon completion to avoid leaving deficient work. \nAbility to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. \nMust be able to obtain a required Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License. \nHourly Rate: $22.00 per
