The ideal candidate is equally comfortable monitoring live and recorded video, documenting incidents, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with technology projects and system enhancements.\n Monitor casino operations, gaming activity, and property grounds through surveillance systems to identify suspicious activity, policy violations, safety concerns, and regulatory compliance issues.\nConduct live and recorded video reviews to support investigations, incident reporting, and operational audits.\nDocument observations, investigations, and incidents through accurate and detailed surveillance reports.\nPreserve and maintain video evidence in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nCommunicate surveillance findings, concerns, and recommendations to management and authorized personnel.\nMaintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance operations, investigations, and sensitive information.\nInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, recording equipment, workstations, monitors, and related surveillance hardware.\nAssist with surveillance system upgrades, expansions, remodels, and new project installations.\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair surveillance equipment, network connectivity issues, and video system malfunctions.\nPerform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.\nSupport video management systems, storage solutions, and surveillance software applications.\nCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments during installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects.\nMaintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, repairs, and project work.\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, gaming regulations, and surveillance department procedures.\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.\n High school diploma or GED required.\nMust be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming Permit.\nStrong analytical, observational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in casino surveillance, security monitoring, CCTV systems, IP video systems, low-voltage cabling, networking, or related technical fields preferred.\nProficiency with computer applications, surveillance software, and related technology systems.\nAbility to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair surveillance cameras, recording equipment, and associated hardware.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members, management, vendors, and regulatory personnel.\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.\nAbility to sit, stand, and monitor surveillance systems for extended periods.\nAbility to lift and carry equipment and tools as required.\nAbility to climb ladders and perform work in ceilings, equipment rooms, and other installation environments.\nKnowledge of gaming regulations and surveillance best practices
