This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. If you enjoy hands-on technical work and take pride in keeping systems running at their best, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within the Caesars Entertainment family.\n HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY\nComplete work orders related to the maintenance and operation of major physical and mechanical equipment\nMaintain working knowledge of property systems, including:Boilers, chillers, pumps, and air handlers\nPlumbing distribution and fire protection systems\nElectrical distribution systems, motors, and controls (electric and pneumatic)\nKitchen and restaurant equipment\nMechanical and non-mechanical systems\nCompressors, refrigeration units, and air-conditioning equipment\n\nKeep accurate records of all maintenance performed, including work orders, logs, and reports\nMaintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA guidelines\nPerform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Director of Facility Operations\n WHAT YOU WILL NEED\nStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n1-3 years of related experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar field\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS\nMust possess and maintain applicable licenses, if required\nOSHA Certification required\nTrade certifications preferred\nClean MVR report \nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nNone.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nMust be able to effectively communicate, read and write in English.
