This role owns the creator lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through negotiating, contracting, itinerary design, hosted visits, deliverable tracking, and post-visit reporting, and serves as the primary point of contact for creators before, during, and after their stay. The role also curates content and select seasonal campaigns for the Caesars Rewards and Caesars Entertainment corporate handles, with light content capture and editing to support activations and corporate events.\n Manage day-to-day execution of the influencer program for the Las Vegas hospitality portfolio, from tentpole moments to opportunistic inbound partnerships.\nSource, vet, and qualify influencers, content creators, and slot and table games streamers against brand priorities, audience fit, performance history, and budget, ensuring gaming content adheres to regulatory, responsible gaming, and platform-specific standards.\nLead outreach and negotiation with creators and talent representatives, including deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compensation structures, and coordinate contracting with Legal ahead of any hosted visit or campaign launch.\nBuild customized itineraries for hosted creator experiences in partnership with Hotel, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Nightlife, Spa, and Gaming stakeholders, coordinating comps, reservations, and advance notice to operators.\nServe as the primary point of contact for creators before, during, and after their stay, hosting on property as needed and resolving issues in real time.\nTrack deliverables end to end, enforce posting, tagging, and FTC disclosure requirements, and deliver post-visit recaps highlighting performance and notable wins.\nSupport Caesars Digital with creator partnerships as needed.\nCurate content and select seasonal campaigns for the Caesars Rewards and Caesars Entertainment corporate handles, partnering with the Director of Hospitality Social Strategy on editorial calendars.\nCapture and edit light social-first photo and video on mobile to support hosted visits and activations when dedicated production is not on site.\nMaintain creator trackers, budget, and comp records to support forecasting and monthly reconciliation.\nUphold brand standards, including tone of voice, messaging, and content pillars, across all creator and corporate handle content.\nMonitor influencer trends, platform updates, emerging creators, and competitor activity to surface new opportunities.\nAdminister influencer and social platforms as assigned, including Sprout Social, Sprout Influencer Marketing, and Meta Business Manager.\nProvide coverage for events and activations as needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience required.\n3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related marketing disciplines, preferably within hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.\nProven experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator partnerships and hosting talent or on-property experiences with a strong hospitality mindset.\nStrong itinerary building and coordination skills, with the ability to align multiple operating departments around a single guest experience.\nWorking knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and platform policies.
