All duties are performed in accordance with Caesars Entertainment's mission, vision, values, and service standards.\n Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment.\n\nComplete assigned maintenance tasks and provide support to the Facilities team and other departments as needed.\n\nWork effectively in a fast-paced environment while responding to maintenance priorities across various shifts.\n\nIdentify equipment, facility, and operational deficiencies; communicate findings to the Chief Engineer or direct supervisor and recommend corrective actions.\n\nSupport a variety of engineering and maintenance functions, including basic electrical, plumbing, and guest room service requests.\n\nCoordinate and prioritize maintenance work orders, assigning tasks and responding to requests from guests and internal departments during assigned shifts.\n\nEnsure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards and procedures.\n\nImplement routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations \nClosely monitor the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible \nEnsure that all records of maintenance and testing are kept \nPerform preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment \nAble to work on Kitchen equipment inclusive with refrigeration \nHotel Guest room repairs \nRespond to Maximo WO’s \nSupport events \nExemplifies our core values, family style service, our mission and vision. \nExemplifies our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture. \nPerform other job related duties as assigned. \n Excellent communication skills \nAbility to understand and comply with all hotel and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures \nSkill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff \nRead, write, and communicate verbally in English \nAbility to perform basic math \nWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nMinimum three years’ experience as a general building repair technician preferably involved in hospitality industry \nHigh School diploma or equivalent. \nWork may be performed inside and outside in all types of weather conditions, in small areas, such as attics, and high areas such as catwalks, areas that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated. Work entails use of chemicals, and electrical and mechanical devices. Constant contact with staff and guests. \nRequires 90% mobility to include frequent standing, bending and reaching from floor to 6ft., climbing using ladders and stairs; operating equipment such as scissor lifts, forklift, pallet jack; transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 100 lbs., use of hand and power tools. Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires normal sense of smell, touch, and sound. Requires normal vision range. Requires the ability to distinguish letters and symbols.
