This role empowers you to lead the charge in advancing frontend technologies and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.\nThis is a hybrid role reporting onsite to our Krakow, Poland office 1-2 days a week.\nWhat You Will Do\nLeverage your expertise to assist in design, develop, and optimize complex features along with the technical lead and solutions architect.\nBuild and maintain extremely performant components optimized for our developers to deliver world class applications in a secure and reliable manner. \nAssist in delivering initiatives to meet the demands of our business: A Stable, performant, supportable platform. \nAdvocate for & deliver development experience improvements. \nTackle optimization challenges head-on, creating efficient, reusable, and modular code using design patterns and best practices.\nStay at the forefront of platform technologies, continuously exploring and implementing new techniques to improve development workflows. \nActively participate in peer code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to drive code quality. \nFoster technical growth and collaboration within the engineering team. \nImplement feature quality analytics to inform product decisions and monitor performance. \nGaming licenses in several United States Jurisdictions for deploying and supporting our backend systems \nTake part in On-Call Support \nWhat You’ll Need:\n4-6 years of experience developing infrastructure as code solutions. \nExperience delivering and/or maintaining large-scale multi-team platforms \nExperience working in a Kubernetes environments \nExperience using tools like OTEL, NewRelic, and Splunk to understand performance and issues \nThorough understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and containers - core principles, patterns, and best practices \nOpen to learning how to implement and support scalable, maintainable, and robust hybrid platform architecture.
