This includes:\nCreating guest booking and commerce experiences across web and mobile channels.\n\nDefining the future evolution of the Caesars booking engine through product vision, requirements, and customer-centric design.\n\nLeveraging AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to accelerate product discovery, specification development, prototyping, and solution design.\n\nPartnering closely with engineering, architecture, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into production-ready product requirements.\n\nThis role is dedicated to defining what should be built and why, using modern AI-powered product management practices to rapidly develop customer journeys, PRFAQs, business cases, prototypes, story maps, and product requirement documents.\nThe ideal candidate is an exceptional product thinker, systems thinker, and written communicator who embraces AI as a core part of their daily workflow. They are passionate about hospitality commerce, customer experience, and leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, and other emerging agentic technologies to create better products faster.\n Product Discovery & Vision\nDevelop a deep understanding of guest behaviors, business objectives, and market opportunities.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve conversion, personalization, booking flow performance, loyalty integration, and guest satisfaction.\n\nDefine product visions, opportunity assessments, and strategic roadmaps for booking and commerce experiences.\n\nAI-Powered Product Development\nUtilize AI copilots and agent-based tools to accelerate product research, competitive analysis, requirement creation, prototyping, and specification development.\n\nBuild repeatable AI-driven workflows that improve product quality, speed, and consistency.\n\nContinuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the product development lifecycle.\n\nProduct Requirements & Specifications\nAuthor high-quality product artifacts, including:\n\nPRFAQs\n\nProduct Requirement Documents (PRDs)\n\nCustomer Journey Maps\n\nUser Story Maps\n\nService Blueprints\n\nBusiness Rules\n\nFunctional Specifications\n\nNon-Functional Requirements\n\nAcceptance Criteria\n\nProduct Prototypes\n\nTranslate business objectives into actionable, engineering-ready requirements.\n\nCustomer Experience Design\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end guest journeys.\n\nPartner with UX and research teams to validate assumptions and identify friction points.\n\nAdvocate relentlessly for guest experience, simplicity, accessibility, and usability.\n\nPrototyping & Solution Validation\nCreate low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts before development.\n\nLeverage AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to rapidly communicate product intent.\n\nValidate solution concepts with stakeholders and end users prior to implementation.\n\nEngineering Collaboration\nPartner closely with Engineering and Architecture, and Design teams to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and implementable.\n\nUtilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Kiro to understand technical tradeoffs, review solution approaches, and draft implementation specifications.\n\nParticipate in architecture and solution design discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives.\n\nStakeholder Communication\nCommunicate product vision, requirements, risks, opportunities, and outcomes clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nFacilitate alignment across business leaders, operations, analytics, loyalty, marketing, finance, and technology teams.\n\nPresent recommendations and product strategies to executive leadership.\n\nProduct Governance & Measurement\nDefine success metrics, KPIs, and experimentation strategies.\n\nEstablish mechanisms to measure customer impact and business outcomes.\n\nDrive continuous optimization through analytics, testing, and guest feedback.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps that align priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones.\n\n Required\n5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Experience Design, Business Analysis, or Software Engineering.\n\nDemonstrated experience authoring world-class product requirements, PRDs, customer journeys, and strategic product documentation.\n\nExperience working on customer-facing digital commerce products.\n\nStrong written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex business and technical concepts into clear product specifications.\n\nDemonstrated use of AI-powered tools to improve productivity and product outcomes.\n\nStrong understanding of customer-centric product development practices.\n\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in hospitality, travel, gaming, loyalty, eCommerce, fintech, or reservation systems.\n\nExperience with AI-powered development and product tools, such as:\n\nCursor\n\nGitHub Copilot\n\nOpenAI\n\nClaude\n\nGemini\n\nFigma AI\n\nLovable\n\nReplit\n\nExperience creating prototypes and interactive product concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with modern web architecture, APIs, commerce systems, and booking platforms.\n\nExperience leveraging large language models and agentic workflows within product
