standards.\n\nSupervise surveillance technical operations, including system maintenance, installation, repair, and maintenance of surveillance systems.\n\nDelegate responsibilities, assign tasks, and support team members with direction and coaching.\n\nComplete and deliver performance evaluations and issue disciplinary action when required.\n\nMaintain open communication with the Director of Surveillance, providing updates on technical activities, incidents, and operational concerns.\n\nCollaborate with departmental leaders and management teams as operational needs require.\n\nMaintain strict confidentiality regarding financial information, internal controls, operating systems, investigations, and team member records.\n\nMaintain working knowledge of all surveillance systems.\n\nEnsure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.\n\nMaintain a professional, welcoming, and positive demeanor in all interactions.\n\nKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with operational standards.\n\nAdhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company procedures.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned or requested by management.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree, certification, or related training in electronics, networking, information technology, or a related field preferred.\n\nMinimum three (3) years of surveillance technician experience in a casino gaming environment.\n\nMinimum one (1) year of leadership, lead technician, or supervisory experience preferred.\n\nThorough working knowledge of digital surveillance systems, including video management systems (VMS), IP cameras, recording platforms, and video analytics.\n\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP networking, network troubleshooting, switches, routers, fiber optics, and structured cabling.\n\nExperience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting surveillance hardware and software systems.\n\nKnowledge of server environments, operating systems, storage solutions, and system backups as they relate to surveillance operations.\n\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while minimizing operational downtime.\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical diagrams, wiring schematics, equipment manuals, and system documentation.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to team members and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.\n\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License.\n\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to install, configure, repair, and maintain surveillance cameras, recording devices, servers, workstations, monitors, network equipment, and related infrastructure.\n\nAbility to climb ladders, work above ceiling tiles, access equipment enclosures, and work in elevated or confined spaces when necessary.\n\nAbility to safely use hand and power tools commonly associated with low-voltage electronics, cabling, and equipment installation.\n\nAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.\n\nAbility to distinguish colors for cable identification, wiring, and equipment diagnostics.\n\nAbility to respond to system outages, equipment failures, and emergency situations in a calm and effective manner.\n\nAbility to be on-call and respond to operational issues outside of normal work hours as business needs require.\n\nAbility to workflexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.\n\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance operations, investigations, gaming activity, security procedures, and company information.\n\nStrong leadership, coaching, troubleshooting, and team development skills.\n\nAbility to train and mentor Surveillance Technicians on equipment, procedures, and best practices.\n\nAbility to document maintenance activities, prepare technical reports, maintain inventory records, and ensure regulatory compliance with all Colorado gaming requirements.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and operational
