This is the place for you - come join our team and grow your career!\nProvide a high level of customer service to anyone who comes into our sportsbooks\nAdhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and the Nevada Gaming Control Board\nAnswer all customer questions to the best of your knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner\nTry to deescalate customer disputes/complaints and escalate to direct supervisor when needed\nCommunicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to customers\nAct in a professional manner, representing William Hill with the highest of standards\nEnsure that all necessary compliance (Title 31) paperwork/documentation is filled out according to company policy and gaming control board standards\nOther duties as assigned\n The ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a time \nMust have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.) \nH.S.
