As a leader within the Experience Design team this role partners with our digital product teams to create intuitive, innovative, and stunning digital products via React web and native applications on desktop, mobile, kiosk, and tv devices.\nThe ideal candidate will have a portfolio of 1) personas, 2) journey flows and maps, 3) wireframes, 4) comps & interactive prototypes, and ultimately 5) in-market products that have solved complex problems in an elegant, efficient, and contextual way. Hands-on experience with crafting fast, engaging, and rich experiences that leverage video, motion, animations, and modern scrolling and loading techniques is a must. The UX designer needs to understand JavaScript libraries, CSS, HTML and front-end coding principles, how the DOM functions, and know when to design within technical constraints and when to push beyond.\nThis leader will have a proven track record and understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), Lean Product Management, and User Experience Design principles; and possess a deep passion for the development of amazing guest-facing experiences. The UX Designer is responsible for collaborating in our Lean Product Management community of practice - including bi-weekly discussions, reading/actively listening to associated books, podcasts, articles, etc.\nKey Job Functions:\nDesigning Day-to-Day: will include consuming story maps and design contextual user flows, interaction concepts, Figma wireframes, prototypes, and the final design specifications for product teams to concept and build the UX and UI of new product features \nEmerging Techniques: Keep informed of and share emerging UX and UI trends and challenge the status quo of the design system \nResearch & Share: Facilitate user experience activities including ideation workshops, competitor analysis, journey design, sorting exercises, and accessibility audits to bring \nExperience in responsive / mobile-first design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodology \nDemonstrable portfolio that showcases wireframes, sitemaps, navigation flows, user journeys, process flows, interaction design, and technical design specifications that informed a product in market \nProven Experience presenting work to internal clients, facilitating workshops, and conducting stakeholder interviews \nExcellent listener with ability to digest design critique feedback and continuously iterate \nProficiency in designing web applications / apps with motion, transitions, and modern techniques \nPositive outlook and willingness to serve as a coachable teammate within a high-performing team \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the
