while serving as a role model for the team.\nCompletes other duties as assigned. \n 2+ years of cleaning, housekeeping, or EVS experience.\n1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nMust be at least 21 years old.\nProficient in English verbal and written in a professional manner. \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to perform physical tasks, including standing and walking for the duration of the shift, as well as bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and ascending/descending stairs. \nWork in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks under time constraints. \nMust be able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle sensitive staff and guest situations in a timely manner. \nMust be able to push, pull, and lift furniture (e.g., mattresses, tables, chairs, lamps). \nMust tolerate required PPE (gloves, safety glasses/goggles, etc.) and safely operate motorized equipment. \nAbility to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment \nFlexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays. \nMust be able to create written and financial reports.\nMust be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts.\nAbility to perform line-level duties during emergencies
