Has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions.\nGreets all guests with proper introduction, in an energetic and enthusiastic manner.\nAnswers telephone calls in friendly voice.\nResponsible for registering all guests in and out of the hotel in an accurate and timely manner while demonstrating an upbeat and professional demeanor.\nProcesses guest payments and accounts upon checkout in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. Maintains confidentiality and safeguards data.\nAssigns guest accommodations in accordance with procedures and policies.\nHandles assigned bank in accordance to established internal controls properly and performs accurate account postings to guest folios.\nMaintains knowledge of hotel occupancy status, special events, in-house groups, promotions and other situations affecting the daily operation.\nAccepts same day and advance reservations as required.\nMaintains guest relations in a positive manner.
