Ensure guest satisfaction by providing top quality customer service and hospitality.\n Lead and support housekeeping Team Members to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and hotel spaces meet cleanliness and quality standards.\nOversees all Housekeeping staff.\nEnsure all keys are properly signed in and out.\nAssist in the preparation of periodical performance reviews of assigned personnel.\nSupervise all daily staff performance, provide coaching, conduct evaluations, and address performance concerns when necessary.\nRecruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.\nEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.\nInspect guest rooms and work areas regularly to maintain exceptional cleanliness and service standards.\nRespond to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience.\nCoordinate with Front Desk and other departments to communicate room status updates and support hotel operations.\nMonitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and amenities and report operational or maintenance issues promptly.\nPromote a safe work environment by identifying and addressing safety concerns, equipment issues, and maintenance needs.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with Team Members and management, both verbally and in writing.\nUtilize hotel systems and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations and reporting.\nParticipate in training sessions, departmental meetings, and management meetings to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nCompile departmental work schedules and monitor workload to ensure a proper balance of work. bilingual abilities preferred.\nKnowledge of collective bargaining agreements preferred.\nPrevious housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and make progress under time constraints.\nAbility to access, input, and analyze information using moderately complex computer systems and written materials, and to act independently when drawing conclusions.\nAbility to perceive quality of work, review documents, follow instructions, and respond to guest, client, or staff inquiries.\nAbility to remain alert throughout the shift and calm during emergency situations while exercising sound judgment. \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to perform physical tasks, including standing and walking for the duration of the shift, as well as bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and ascending/descending stairs.\nWork in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks under time constraints.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle sensitive staff and guest situations in a timely manner.\nMay use a step stool to reach high areas;
