(If applicable)\nResponsible for general maintenance of facilities on property and the property itself.\nIdentify, diagnose, and repair items related to maintenance of such facilities.\nDiagnose the need for and perform all duties related from advanced to expert level, which may include plumbing, electrical and mechanical work, and other projects related to the maintenance of the property. \nResponds for work orders daily. \nRoutinely inspects all necessary equipment as assigned, identifying potential problems and or safety hazards, and making repairs as needed. (If applicable)\nTakes readings on equipment as needed for maintenance and repair.\nMaintains an adequate supply of materials needed for the proficient performance of job.\nCoordinates and installs all new equipment and or wiring. (If applicable)\nPreform required maintenance on mechanical chillers, cooling towers, roof top units as well as additional HVAC systems across property. (If applicable)\nPerforms preventive maintenance and repair duties on all building mechanical systems, equipment, and tools. (If applicable)\nOperates and repairs energy management equipment. (If applicable)\nOperates life safety systems, maintenance, and repair in public areas and guest rooms. \nMaintains all logs necessary for conformance with established standards including up to date refrigerant usage form and inventory log.\nMaintain logbook of MCP Operations and additional HVAC Systems as required. (If applicable)\nEnsure that all work conducted is entered into CMMS system. (Maximo)\nEnsures adherence to all OSHA safety requirements and safety policies.\nUse knowledge of fundamental mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, and plumbing skills; including but not limited to following blueprints, installations, cutting, framework, inspections and replacing framework, structures, and fixtures. (If applicable)\nMaintain accurate records on material and labor used.\nInspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.\nResponsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including but not limited to, resolving minor guest disputes and assist in ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees.\nKnowledge of all special events and promotional activities available to guest.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nInstall, repair, adjust, maintain, and troubleshoot necessary equipment related to position and property maintenance.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents.\nAbility to perform basic math skills in all units of measure.\nAbility to work at heights on aerial lifts, scaffolding, stepladders, and/or extension ladders.\nAbility to work in confined spaces.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material.\nAbility to operate a computer and assigned software.\n Basic hand and power tools\nTwelve-foot ladder\nMeters, gauges, and other related equipment.\nWalking and standing -
