plumbing or telephone systems.\nLicenses or certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics, \nWelding of other electrical, structural, or building discipline is highly desired and preferred. \nMust possess a high school diploma or equivalent. \nMust be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. \nMust be capable of maneuvering for prolonged periods of time, both inside and outside, sometimes in extreme temperatures. \nMust possess coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools such as drills, electric saws, hammers, sewer snakes, etc.... \nRespond to visual and aural cues. \nMust be able to stoop, bend, jump and carry heavy loads. \nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds. \nMust be able to maneuver on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs. \nMust be able to think clearly and respond calmly in all situations. \nMust be able to learn and retain locations, operation and repair procedures of the property mechanical systems, equipment and life safety system. \nMust be able to read, write, speak and understand
