You will work at the intersection of a third-party poker platform, iGaming platform, and our Player Account Management (PAM) system and be the connective tissue to turn those systems into a seamless player experience.\nIf you’ve worked on a poker product before and you understand what makes the player experience great, this role is for you.\nThe salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.\n WHAT YOU’LL DO\nPoker App & Platform Ownership\nOwn the product roadmap and delivery for a new dedicated poker application (iOS, Android, and web) from initial launchthrough post-launch iterations\n\nDefine the end-to end player journey from registration, lobby and game selection, cashier, and responsible gaming\nDrive the integration between the Caesars iGaming platform and the poker platform vendor, serving as the primary productvoice\n\nTranslate vendor platform capabilities into a differentiated Caesars product experience, making the product ours\nOwn and prioritize the product backlog, balancing player experience improvements, vendor integration work, regulatoryrequirements, and internal stakeholder requests.\n\nCross-Product Poker Experience\nOwn the poker tab and entry points within Caesars Sportsbook & iCasino products, ensuring a coherent cross-sellexperience that drives acquisition and engagement across verticals\n\nDefine & maintain consistent UX standards across the standalone poker app and embedded poker surfaces\nPartner with Sportsbook, iCasino, & PAM product teams to coordinate shared dependencies (account, wallet, promotions)\nVendor & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary product liaison with the poker platform vendor, managing the product relationship, roadmapalignment, feature requests, and SLA accountability.\n\nPartner with internal Caesars poker business stakeholders to understand the game, player demographics, competitivelandscape, and go to market strategy that shapes the product\n\nRepresent product priorities across cross functional teams such as Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing\n WHAT YOU’LL NEED\nRequired\n5+ years of product manage experience with digital consumer products, ideally in iGaming, online gaming, or a closelyrelated regulated vertical\n\nDirect experience with online poker, either as a PM who has owned a poker product, operator, analyst, or deep gameplayexperience\n\nExperience managing vendor integrations as a PM, understanding how to work with them and get the best out of them\nComfort operating in a greenfield environment;
