and architectural principles.\n\nStay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and frameworks to incorporate new technologies into the development process.\n\nConduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to technical discussions.\n\nOptimize application performance and resolve complex technical challenges.\n\nParticipate in agile practices such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\n\nMentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of technical excellence\n\n 5-6+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on frontend technologies.\n\nExperience with Web Native App runtimes such as Capacitor or Cordova.\n\nExperience delivering and maintaining large-scale multi-team applications.\n\nExperience working on a micro-frontend application stack.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in React.js and a deep understanding of its core principles.\n\nExpertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Sass).\n\nExperience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.\n\nFamiliarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Rollup, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nProven ability to work with RESTful APIs and WebSocket integration.\n\nSolid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
