The individual must have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude and a high level of personal organization to ensure the smooth performance of front desk duties.\n Trains, motivates, evaluates, supervises and assists staff to ensure that team members receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established job requirements.\n\nSupervises and directs guest check in and check out process and the provisions of transportation services to ensure that procedures are followed and that guests are helped quickly and in a courteous and safe manner according to Caesars Virginia standards.\n\nCounsels, guides and instructs the Front Desk Agents in the daily performance of their duties and provides exceptional leadership.\n\nEnsures the needs of guests are being met and are consistent with the standards established by management. Attends to guests’ complaints and requests as necessary and remains focused on quality guest services.\n\nOversee the operations of the hotel as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager and/or Front Office Manager.\n\nHandling complex guest service situations such as room moves and unassigned reservations.
