This position is part-time.\nThe incumbent in this position must successfully complete a math assessment test, a pre-screen interview, as well as an 8 week training course. Immediately following the training course, the incumbent must also pass an audition prior to a dealer position being offered by Grand Victoria Casino Table Games Department.\nIdeal candidate will be an energetic individual that is also personable, professional, and possesses an outgoing personality. Candidate must pass class to qualify as a transfer to Table Games Dealer position.\n Must be 21 years of age or older\nMust have effective communication skills.\nMust attend 90% of training classes.\nMust be able to perform basic mathematical functions and pass math assessment.\nMust be able to obtain & maintain an active Illinois Gaming License.\nAbility to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts.\nExcellent guest service and communication skills.\nMust be able to work in areas containing dust, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds and air quality.\nMust present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.\nInternal Transfer eligibility guidelines apply for current employees:\nMust not currently be on a final written warning\nGood attendance record is necessary\nAbility to read, write and speak English.\nAlways display a high level of confidentiality and integrity.\nCapacity to work well with others and handle stressful situations with ease.\nPossess effective learning skills.\nAscend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period.\nMust be able to work from a standing position
