Opens and closes games.\nHandles and intervenes when problems or differences between Table Games employees and gaming guests arise and aids, problem resolution and service recovery, if necessary.\nCounsels, guides, coaches, and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties.\nChampions all Family Style Service Programs and Service Standards adopted by the company and always sets an example of these standards when on shift.\nPrepares and coordinates the periodical performance review of assigned personnel as determined by management.\nUnderstands and enforces all company policies and procedures.\nInforms Shift Manager and Assistant Shift Manager of potential safety problems.\nMaintains key security.\nDelivers and completes minimum required standards for all property initiatives, including Evaluations, Family Style Service Standards and Game Knowledge requirements.\nAttends all mandatory meetings required by the company/department.\nProvides leadership and guidance to your team of dealers and to your daily pit staff working with you at any given time.\nWage: $25.00 an hour\n High School graduate or equivalent required. College degree preferred.\nTwo - five years casino experience required, preferably in pit operations.\nKnowledge of multi-games is a plus.\nKnowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to pit operations is preferred. Must possess excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills.\nMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.\nMust be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.\nMust be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.\nMust present a well-groomed appearance.\nAble to obtain a VA Lottery License\nMust be able stand for long periods of time.\nMust be able to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around the assigned tables in the Table Games Pit area during entire shift, with regular interval breaks.\nMust be able to respond calmly and handle customer demands in a fast- paced environment.
