Push back on unrealistic timelines as needed.\n\nHold the team accountable throughout delivery, ensuring that the team follows appropriate processes.\n\nReport out on progress against prioritized initiatives to stakeholders. Regularly communicate engineering risks and dependencies.\n\nSupport the team in feature readiness, including preparing for releases and deployments\n\nAct as the direct manager of a team of engineers.
