Services Clerk is expected to maintain a professional and welcoming environment while following all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.\n Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.\nPerform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.\nConfirm reservations, room assignments, rates, identification, and payment information.\nProcess cash and credit/debit card transactions in accordance with established procedures.\nAnswer incoming telephone calls and assist guests with questions, reservations, directions, and general property information.\nProvide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, casino offerings, dining options, promotions, events, and other property services.\nCoordinate with Hotel Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and room related concerns.\nRespond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.\nMaintain the confidentiality and security of guest information.\nComplete required reports, logs, paperwork, and other documentation accurately.\n High school diploma or GED equivalent required.\nOne year previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, or cash-handling experience preferred.\nMust possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.\nMust be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English.\nBasic computer and data-entry skills required.\nAbility to accurately handle cash and complete basic mathematical calculations.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Mississippi Gaming License.\nMust be able to stand for extended periods.\nMust be able to bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements as
