Safety Above All Else!\nGain first-hand experience with key construction management tools (Bluebeam, Procore, OPC, BIM), techniques, and processes, including RFIs, submittals, subcontractor management, site logistics, schedule, etc.\nBuild practical skills that set you apart when you're ready to start your career in construction.\nQualifications & Skills:\nEnrolled in a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred but not required.\nComfortable with Excel; solid math and analytical skills.\nDetail-oriented, with a track record of following through on tasks and hitting deadlines.\nCurious, coachable, and ready to learn on an active jobsite. \nPhysical Requirements: \nThe physical requirements described herein are representative of those that must be met by the employee, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in an office or hybrid setting. The employee is required to work in compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable laws. This position will be regularly required to:\nRepetitively use hand motions for keyboard use and physical use of vision to read computer monitors and paper documents.\nRegularly use hands to operate standard office equipment (personal computer, phone, printer, etc.)\nSee with close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and have the ability to adjust focus.\nSit at a desk for prolonged periods of time working on a computer.\nTalk and hear at normal levels.
