This position will be full-time and hybrid in Bengaluru.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign enterprise-level Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions\nTranslate business and engineering requirements into scalable AI architectures\nBuild solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows\nIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and engineering systems\nLead customer discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, solution presentations, and technical proposals\nGuide AI engineers and development teams throughout solution implementation\nEnsure AI solutions follow security, Responsible AI, governance, performance, and scalability standards\nWhat You’ll Need\nRequired:\n10 to 15 years of overall experience in engineering, IT, software development, AI, data, or solution architecture\nMinimum 4 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI, including 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on Agentic AI experience\nExperience designing autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool-calling workflows, and agent orchestration\nStrong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and model evaluation\nHands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex\nStrong programming experience in Python with knowledge of APIs and microservices\nExperience working with Azure, AWS, or GCP\nStrong customer-facing, stakeholder-management, solutioning, and presentation skills\nAbility to create architecture documents, technical proposals, proofs of concept, and implementation roadmaps\nPreferred:\nEngineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related discipline\nExperience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial engineering, energy, utilities, aerospace, or engineering services\nExposure to engineering platforms such as PLM, CAD, MES, SCADA, IoT, ERP, or asset-management systems\nExperience in consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical roles\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions\nSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.\nAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor\nReasonable accommodation statement\nIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to  (888) 824 -
