You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams, ensuring that AI-enabled solutions are delivered on time, meet business requirements, and are ready for operational handover.Job Description\nWe are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of AI and Big Data solutions across the organization. This position is full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.\nWhat You'll Do\nTranslate AI and Big Data product priorities into implementation plans, delivery milestones, and executable work packages\nCoordinate requirements elaboration with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, and platform teams\nDefine and document solution requirements and implementation roadmaps\nMaintain delivery plans, solution backlogs, milestone schedules, and implementation forecasts\nEnsure business requirements are translated into implementable system capabilities\nCoordinate the design and development of AI, analytics, automation, and data-enabled solutions\nOversee delivery activities across architecture, application development, data engineering, security, infrastructure, and user experience teams\nTrack solution development progress and ensure alignment with delivery timelines\nManage delivery dependencies across multiple workstreams and stakeholders\nFacilitate issue resolution and drive progress against implementation objectives\nCoordinate integration activities involving enterprise applications, cloud services, AI platforms, and data ecosystems\nSupport system, integration, user acceptance, security, and performance testing activities\nTrack testing readiness, defect resolution, remediation activities, and sign-off requirements\nCoordinate release readiness, migration planning, deployment preparation, and implementation cutover activities\nEnsure solutions meet quality standards before production deployment\nMaintain implementation documentation, including: Delivery plans Requirements traceability Design decisions Test results Release notes Deployment records Operational handover documentation\nTrack project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests\nSupport governance reviews and management reporting activities\nProvide regular updates on implementation progress, milestones, blockers, and readiness for go-live\nEnsure successful transition of solutions into operational support teams\nWhat You'll Need\nRequired\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, or operations management\nExperience delivering technology, data, digital transformation, analytics, or AI-related initiatives\nProven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders\nStrong experience in delivery planning, schedule management, dependency tracking, and milestone management\nExperience with project governance, executive reporting, dashboard reporting, and management communications\nDemonstrated experience supporting implementation, migration, process improvement, or transformation initiatives from planning through deployment\nExperience managing project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests\nStrong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions \nSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. \nAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor\nReasonable accommodation statement\nIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to  (888) 824 -
