The incumbent will perform stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation of user requirements under the guidance of senior business analysts, product managers, and technical leads. This role provides graduates with practical experience in business analysis, Agile product delivery, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to the successful delivery of technology solutions. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.\nWhat You'll Do\nOrganize meetings and collaborate with product managers to determine product scope, vision, and roadmap\n\nWrite user stories, epics, releases as well as their characteristics\n\nConduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods\n\nCommunicate, confirm, present requirements/application change requests to product team for work estimation/sizing\n\nWork with stakeholders and product team to prioritize collected requirements under the product backlog\n\nResearch, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes\n\nDefine product features according to business needs. Take charge of user requirement analysis for product design by co-working with the technical team\n\nManage and prioritize product backlog items. Optimize pipeline release plan based on the delivery to ensure maximum client requirements are met\n\nAssist the product development team in meeting the objectives of each sprint/release cycle\n\nParticipate in post-go-live maintenance service plan, in-house or managed service, for new products in coordination with the technical team\n\nCoordinate with the ITD technical support areas to ensure correct and efficient operations of assigned application systems. Respond to and resolve major and critical incidents swiftly\n\nEnsure that clients and stakeholders are informed of the status of the product. Regularly submit reports on progress status, including problems encountered, root cause analysis, and resource requirements of assigned product/application systems. Operational Management\n\nAnalyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Perform effort estimation using INVEST (Independent, Negotiable Valuable, Estimable, Sized appropriately, and Testable)\n\nTranslate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team\n\nCreate process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team\n\nDevelop and conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted\n\nAssist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicate these back to the business stakeholders\n\nManage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary\n\nCommunicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements -
