This position will be full-time and hybrid in Oklahoma City, OK.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork closely with the assigned Project Manager and collaborate with program, clinical, operational, information technology, data, compliance, and other stakeholders to develop a comprehensive and validated understanding of organizational needs\nElicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and maintain business, clinical, operational, data, and reporting requirements for EHR initiatives, enhancements, and related capabilities\nTranslate stakeholder needs, workflows, challenges, and desired outcomes into clear, testable, and solution-neutral requirements\nDistinguish underlying business and clinical needs from current-system limitations, existing practices, individual preferences, or assumptions about a specific technology solution\nAnalyze needs across programs and stakeholder groups to identify shared requirements, legitimate program-specific variations, conflicting needs, dependencies, and opportunities for standardization\nFacilitate discussions to reconcile differences and document decisions or necessary exceptions\nFacilitate structured stakeholder review of requirements to confirm accuracy, completeness, clarity, priority, and alignment with intended workflows\nFor EHR enhancements and implementations, support validation of configured functionality against approved requirements through workflow review, test scenario development, user acceptance testing, defect/issue documentation, and confirmation of readiness with appropriate stakeholders\nDocument and analyze current- and future-state workflows to identify gaps, impacts, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement associated with EHR capabilities.
