We are looking for a Business Analyst - Requirements Engineering for a full-time, long-term contract opportunity that is hybrid (3 days/week onsite) in Trenton, NJ. The selected candidate will lead HR process analysis and produce build-ready workflow and form specifications for key initiatives supporting the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, including the agency's HR Modernization initiative. Your specifications will be written in a structured, machine-ingestible format that feeds directly into the program's code generation toolchain.\nOnly work authorizations not requiring sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.
