Take charge of user requirement analysis for product design by coworking with the technical team\nManage and prioritize product backlog items. Optimize pipeline release plan based on the delivery to ensure maximum client requirements are met\nAssist the product development team in meeting the objectives of each sprint/release cycle\nParticipate in post-go-live maintenance service plan, in-house or managed service, for new products in coordination with the technical team\nCoordinate with the ITD technical support areas to ensure correct and efficient operations of assigned application systems\nRespond to and resolve major and critical incidents swiftly\nEnsure that clients and stakeholders are informed of the status of the product\nRegularly submit reports on progress status, including problems encountered, root cause analysis, and resource requirements of assigned product/application systems\nAnalyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards\nPerform effort estimation using INVEST (Independent, Negotiable Valuable, Estimable, Sized appropriately, and Testable)\nTranslate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team\nCreate process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team\nDevelop and conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted\nAssist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicate these back to the business stakeholders\nManage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary\nCommunicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood\nEnsure completion of proper documentations necessary to deploy applications/products \nWhat You'll Need\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course\nAt least 8 years of solid experience in business analysis\n5 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes\n5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications\nProven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development\nExperience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products\nProven experience in business analysis on ServiceNow products\nExperience in using ServiceNow as an application and has high level but relevant knowledge on how ServiceNow is utilized by different business and technical domains\nExperience in being involved in governance boards and committees and running workshops with similar audience \nPreferred:\nDemonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources\nDemonstrated product or platform governance knowledge and best practices\nUnderstanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts\nFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, DevOps.
