This position will be Full-time - Hybrid - Bengaluru.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for EDI processes in a 24x7 support environment\nMonitor EDI transactions and transmissions and proactively troubleshoot failures\nEnsure timely resolution of EDI processing issues and system incidents\nManage inbound and outbound EDI transactions and ensure successful processing\nSupport trading partner onboarding, configuration, connectivity, testing, and deployment\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, develop, and maintain maps and business processes within IBM Sterling B2B Integrator\nDevelop and maintain BPML-based business processes\nConfigure and support communication protocols including SFTP, AS2, and AS3\nSupport Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Sterling File Gateway (SFG) environments\nCoordinate EDI development activities, testing, schedules, and deliverables\nWork closely with SAP, Oracle, and other backend teams to resolve integration issues\nMonitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures\nProvide post-production support and ensure smooth business operations\nCollaborate with business, infrastructure, ERP, and integration teams to deliver reliable EDI services\nWhat You'll Need\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field\n3 to 5 years of experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator\nExperience supporting EDI production environments\nStrong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards\nHands-on experience with EDI mapping and translation processes\nKnowledge of BPML and Sterling business process development\nExperience with communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, and AS3\nExperience with trading partner onboarding and support\nKnowledge of Managed File Transfer and Sterling File Gateway\nUnderstanding of ERP integration concepts and formats\nExposure to SAP and/or Oracle integrations\nStrong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced production support environment\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nPreferred:\nExperience working in Windows and Unix environments\nExposure to enterprise integration platforms and middleware technologies\nKnowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices\nExperience with certificate management, encryption, and secure file transfers\nAbility to work independently and within global teams\nStrong stakeholder management and coordination skills\nProactive approach to identifying and resolving recurring issues\nWillingness to learn new technologies and business processes\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions\nSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.\nAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor\nReasonable accommodation statement\nIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to  (888) 824 -
