Focusing on conversational AI, scalability, and platform stability, this role ensures the completeness and integrity of system architecture by addressing stakeholder concerns, making technical trade-offs, and driving solutions for major initiatives (e.g., GECX, Dialogflow, AI Agents, and Genesys integration).
