This position will be Full-Time and Remote. Due to contractual requirements associated with this role, this position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, develop, and test robust applications for the Chat Platform. Write clean, scalable code in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python adhering to established coding standards and performing code reviews\nDesign, build, and maintain real-time chat features using WebSockets. Develop, integrate, and support SDKs for Web, iOS, and Android to ensure seamless omnichannel messaging experiences\nAssist in supporting the Chat Platform. Build and maintain system integrations across various enterprise channels and backend services\nUtilize Dialogflow CX, GECX, and AI technologies to build intelligent conversational flows, integrating advanced AI capabilities into the broader platform architecture\nProactively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues independently across the full stack-from backend Node.js services and WebSockets down to client SDKs\nActively participate in all scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, task estimation, and execution within Jira, digital.ai Agility, or RTC.
