We’re obsessed with how it will be done.\nJob Summary\nThe Senior IT Applications Analyst plays a key role in the deployment and lifecycle management of business-critical IT applications. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure systems, manage upgrades, and provide expert-level support, ensuring that applications operate securely, efficiently, and in line with client needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business users and internal stakeholders to collect requirements, assess improvement opportunities, and implement approved system changes.\nServe as the primary technical contact and subject matter expert for assigned applications and related projects.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including detailed design specifications, configuration plans, testing protocols, and system summaries.\nDevelop and adjust reports and dashboards to support operational and compliance requirements.\nOversee the change-control process for IT applications, ensuring that modifications meet established quality and regulatory standards.\nCoordinate closely with validation and quality teams to support system testing and ensure adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC).\nMentor junior team members, provide application training, and share best practices across the IT department.\nManage application security, including user access controls, periodic audits, and data integrity reviews.\nProvide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for end users, resolving issues at the application or server level.\nPrioritize daily activities for IT team members to ensure efficient resolution of application-related issues.\nMaintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and take on additional tasks as required.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\nAt least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing enterprise IT applications.\nDemonstrated project management skills;
