The position will perform application support functions related to the ship's Guest Experience Systems. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to supporting the applications, creating documentation, providing customer service for incidents reported, executing database updates as needed.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage and resolve Help Desk incidents.\n\nRespond to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat\n\nDocument customer interactions and resolutions\n\nWrite, test, and deploy scripts/sql updates as needed.\n\nProactively monitor and resolve issues\n\nUnderstand the product's technology stack\n\nUnderstand the interdependencies between the product and other products within the enterprise\n\nCreate and maintain relevant product documentation\n\nExperience in using computer hardware, peripherals, and standard computer software programs\n\nPossess exemplary problem-solving and organizational skills\n\nAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, maintain documentation, and to work with interruptions\n\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelor’s Degree in IT field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience\n\nRequired Years of Experience - Entry-level (no prior experience necessary)\n\nUnderstanding of relational database fundamentals and basic working knowledge of the product data model\n\nExperience with Remedy, Service Now, or similar issue tracking system\n\nExperience with Jira and Confluence\n\nTechnology certification in HW, Networking, or Security\n\nBasic statistical analysis skills\n\nAbility to effectively adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\n\nEffectively drives results independently and in a cross-functional team environment\n\nAbility to think big picture and step back to understand the context of problems before applying analytical skills to address the issues at a more detailed level\n\nHighly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills;
