You will work directly with clients to understand their objectives and requirements, develop and manage implementation plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams, serving as the central point of coordination that keeps each implementation aligned with client expectations, established standards, timelines, and business objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced implementation professional who is highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable leading complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Experience with MSP programs is required; experience with Pixid Pro VMS (formerly Vector) and in public-sector environments is a plus.
