The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance, applying security patches, managing backups, administering user access, and resolving technical issues to maintain a stable and secure IT environmentJob Description\nWe are looking for a Network Support Analyst to Perform routine server maintenance and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime.This position isfull-time andremote.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMonitor server health, availability, and performance to ensure reliable system operations\nApply operating system patches, security updates, and software upgrades to maintain system security and efficiency\nImplement, monitor, and maintain backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability\nManage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and authentication mechanisms\nProvide technical support to IT staff and employees by investigating and resolving server-related issues\nMonitor system resources and identify opportunities to improve server performance and reliability\nMaintain server configurations, system documentation, and operational procedures\nWhat You’ll Need\nRequired:\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in server administration\nStrong knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, and server infrastructure\nHands-on experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers\nExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V\nFamiliarity with network protocols and services, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP\nKnowledge of server patching, system monitoring, backup, and recovery processes\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment\nPreferred:\nExperience managing server environments across multiple platforms\nFamiliarity with IT infrastructure security and access management best practices\nExperience supporting distributed or remote IT operations\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions \nSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. \nAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor\nReasonable accommodation statement\nIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to  (888) 824 -
